I have a laptop (XPS 15 9550) with an external graphics card (Gigabyte Radeon RX 580) and a 4k acer monitor()or UHD acer monitor). When I start Fortnite and my monitor is switched off and the external graphics card supports the internal display then Fortnite starts, but as soon as I switch on the monitor a bluescreen of death (bsod) Kernel Security Check Failure occurs. Even if I start Fortnite with the graphics card and the monitor at the same time, this bluescreen also appears. I have been to Epic Support but they were powerless and said I should go to AMD support and here I am. I have tried a lot of things to get it to work but I rarely got it working and when I did, I didn't know how I did it or it was just a bug. I hope someone can help me.
