so i finally noticed what the problems was with my recordings and it was that the recordings are not being recorded in full rgb and instead its recording in limited rgb and it makes the recording little bright and lower quality.
i did not see anyone have a problem like this so i posted this here.
another problem is when using streamlabs obs i can only use game capture or window capture if i use display capture it will be 1 frame in 20 seconds, all the solutions i have seen are people saying run it with intel gpu but i only have 1 gpu.
