I can say that AMD driver has had this problem since version 23.1.1 of my computer and I had similar problems with other games, and I don't know if this problem is for the driver and has not been fixed yet, or if my computer is no longer capable.
After about an hour of balanced gameplay in Witcher 3, the game crashes and the AMD Bug Report Tool runs (I had this problem with Red Dead Redemption 2 and ELDEN RING, and all of them happen after version 23.1.1, so when I go back to version 22.11.2, everything is fine)
