i have one HP Pavilion 15

processor: AMD A6-5200 APU whit Radeon(TM) HD Graphics 

Ram: 4096 MB

Windows 10 pro 64 bits

I ask this because my pc with the new update freezes for a second or two and comes back and this happens every 4 or 5 seconds and is very annoying

what are your temps? as this laptop is pretty old and its thermalpaste could be cement by now - please replace this (Thermalgrizzly Kryonaut is good)

did you tried to install latest AMD GPU/APU drivers? 20.12.1 is NOT COMPATIBLE with your APU
disable Win10 auto driver install
delete C:/AMD
run DDU in safe-mode and clean old AMD driver
install: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/release-notes/rn-rad-win-non-gcn-16-2-1-beta (this is the latest driver for TeraScale APUs)

are you these are the best drivers for my PC? I think these are very old

I want to know if there are more drivers that I could install

thanks for commenting, I already ran the DDU in safe and clean mode

these are the latest drivers that support TeraScale APUs

and as you have a TeraScale APU you will need to install these "old" but latest drivers
otherwise you can try the "Legacy"-Driver // but you wont be able to install the latestest 20.12.1 driver with your Hardware
