I already tried that, my gpu is not listed there.

Then you have OEM graphics, get the drivers from the manufacturer > Lenovo System Update: Update Drivers, BIOS and Applications

You also have to update the Intel drivers...before trying to install the AMD drivers...as stated > Laptop graphics update...How to

This also assumes you have Win10.

I already have the latest oem driver, problem is that no new drivers since 11/2017 that's all

I expect they will offer a new one after the dust settles from the last Windows10 "upgrade".
