Wattman wont allow the voltage for state 7 to be changed higher than 1246mv, the box allows the value to change but always changes back to default what it was when you hit enter
im running an asus direct cu ii r9 390x with the radeon driver version 18.2.1, the same issue happened on 16.6.1 and 17.7.4. i may not have the exact driver versions.
