Wattman profiles for same Game executable in 3 locations

I have this game "WorldofWarships.exe" in the location I normally use , a second instance through Steam for a second account, and a test client in

When I delete the profile and create a new one it will use the path I specify and also find the Steam ID. Once created I can't create another profile for the test client. Trying it will do nothing or just switch the executable path as you can see here.

So is there a way to associate the profile with 3 instances or a way to create one profile for each? I would prefer the latter as it seems neater that way.
