I've installed the 19.7.4 (and .5) update with RX 5700 XT and now in Wolfenstein II The New Colossus and in Anno 1404:Venice when I enable vsync my fps is half of my monitor's refresh rate (75hz), between 37 and 38fps. I tried turning off Freesync.
