There was no official statement about inclusion of VK_EXT_GRAPHICS_PIPELINE_LIBRARY in recent 24.2.1(23.40.19.01) driver, but it is listed as supported in vulkaninfo and GPU-Z. Still, DXVK log says that graphics pipeline library is not supported, so there is some confusion about its support in current version.

According to the DXVK github report VK_EXT_graphics_pipeline_library is supported, but not recognized by DXVK on Windows · Issue #3859 ·..., the GPL is disabled in DXVK, so it seems that the work on integrating GPL in windows driver is not finished as of now.

With 24.2.1 Official release, this issue is still present. Will redirect it to mentioned forums by @elstaci.

Behaviour didn't change with 24.3.1 release.
