I am currently an international student from a B country studying and residing in the United States. For some reason when I try to download Vivado for my digital circuits class, I get the following message "We cannot fulfill your request as your account has failed export compliance verification. If this verification is in error, please review the Export Compliance Information page - https://account.amd.com/en/forms/export-compliance-review.html". I already checked the website and formatted the information correctly but I still cannot download vivado for my class.
