VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR Issue

Hello!

I use AMD Radeon driver on my computer and I recently upgraded to version 19.5.2. Since then, whenever I play World of Warcraft, after about 5 minutes my computer crashes and I get the error message: 'VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR'. This has never happened before and happened immediately after I updated my drivers.

To resolve the issue, I have done the following:
1.) Checked for possible system file and hard drive corruption by running a hard disk check.
2.) I have updated my all device drivers.
3.) Updated Windows.
4.) Checked for faulty drivers on device manager.

I think the issue would be solved if I was able to go back to an older edition of my drivers, or perhaps an older issue of Windows, but I can't figure out how to do that.

Can anyone help?

Thanks!

You can revert to the previous drivers from Device Manager

Or...click on 'Previous Drivers' from the download driver page
