So I've been dealing with this issue for years. When viewing games on steam, and always when running my 3D modeling software, the screen fills with blue artifacts, then the display goes black and reboots itself. Over the years, I have swapped the gpu, cpu/mobo, and now I've switched storage and it's still happening. Could this be a power supply issue? I've tried every driver AMD has and I'm completely out of ideas.

I have over 20 years experience building/repairing pc's and I've never seen artifacting like that, sorry i can't be of more help but personally I think i'd start with installed software.

V-ram artifacting I've seen was usually in a horizontal pattern across the whole screen. Can you try a different monitor?

I tried it on my 4k tv and the same thing happened, but it happened on the login screen which is even worse.
