Meu computador está com um problema para atingir os MHz totais das memórias Ram. Possuo 2 pentes de memoria com 8Gb cada um e 1600 de MHz, porém segundo o aplicativo de monitoramento "CPU-Z" não estão em dual Chanel (a placa mãe só possui dois slots de memória) e o total de MHz fica na faixa de 1600, não tingindo os 3200 ou aproximado que era pra ser no total juntando os dois pentes. Portanto, imaginei que poderia ser devido a versão da bios da placa mãe estar desatualizada a versão atual, segundo o "CPU-Z" é 5.17. Poderiam me ajudar a resolver esse problema por favor.

My computer is having a problem reaching the full MHz of the Ram memories. I have 2 memory sticks with 8Gb each and 1600 MHz, but according to the monitoring application "CPU-Z" they are not in dual Chanel (the motherboard only has two memory slots) and the total MHz is in the 1600 range, not dyeing the 3200 or close that it was supposed to be in total joining the two sticks. Therefore, I figured it might be due to the motherboard bios version being outdated, the current version according to "CPU-Z" is 5.17. Could you help me solve this problem please.

CPU-Z shows the dram frequency, you double that for DDR ram.

Check in 'task manager > performance > memory', see if it shows 3200.

In the task manager it shows the speed of 3200 MHz, about not being in dual channel can you tell me the reason ?

Are you looking at cpu-z memory channels, should be 2 x 64-bit for dual.

The readout from SPD section is not the same as it can be single or dual ranks, which notes the memory chips configuration.
