I'm using a Vega64 and used to have an issue with it black/gray/white screening and crashing for no reason, the reason for it seemingly being vram fluctuating between 167/500mhz.
I got rid of it a couple months ago by forcing min/max on one state therefore making it unable to fluctuate.
with these new drivers i can't seem to do that and it keeps fluctuating as before. i don't want it to start crashing again but i can't find any setting for it in the manual settings?
