I am at my wit's end. I wanted to stop all brightness adjustments on low and high brightness screen backgrounds. Turning off vari-bright did that but now the default brightness adjustment is way too touchy. Even from 100 brightness to 99 (as seen in the photos) is a massive drop-off. I searched in the Windows registry for display settings (which yielded nothing), turned on Vari-Bright and restarted my computer, toggled the Windows Settings adaptive brightness. Nothing has resolved the issue. There are no drivers that I can find that need updating, but I'm hoping someone here will have more knowledge about what to do.
