Installed v2.04.04.111 on 17/04/2020. During middle of video encoding, PC shut down and wouldn't POST. After troubleshooting, had a blown capacitor (leaking). Currently RMA the motherboard back to my PC store and awaiting RMA results. Now people are reporting power/voltage issues on latest chipset driver, and wondering whether the chipset driver would've had any affect on my motherboard's blown capacitor.
Motherboard: Asus Crosshair VII Wifi x470
CPU: 2700x (running fine on a new x570 board).
The board was installed with a EK Monoblock so cooling/temperatures were fine. Just surprised a board under a year old failed.
