my current ram speed is locked at 2133mhz, despite me owning a 3200mhz kit. the speed I am missing out on isn't exactly crucial to what I use my pc for, but I would still like to receive the speeds I payed for, what are the risks of using Ryzen Master to achieve these speeds?

You should change the ram settings in the bios. Have you gone in there and enabled spd.
