Like a month ago I upgrade my pc whit a new motherboard, ram and a ryzen 7 8700g, everything else i use the old parts i have in my pc among them my RX580 in the drivers download page of the RX580 said the latest driver is the "Adrenalin 24.3.1" but now the software said there is a new update "Adrenalin 24.5.1" but in the Release Notes of the 24.5.1 version Compatibility seccion it doesnt list the RX580, should i update to the 24.5.1 or should i keep the 24.3.1 version?

First thing.. IF it's working good don't fix it.

I'm keeping my rx580 on 24.3.1

As our gpus get older there's less chance any improvements will happen anyhow.

The RX580 is a Polaris generation GPU which is approaching legacy status, meaning soon it will no longer receive driver updates. Whereas the 8700G has integrated graphics based on Navi 3 that is recently released.

The Adrenalin software is checking for updates for both, and as you discovered is now recommending an upgrade to 24.5.1 for the IGP that is not compatible with the GPU.

If you wish to continue using the older GPU in your system you probably want to disable the IGP in BIOS to prevent a driver conflict.
