USB Ports not working after installing v19.4.1 driver update for gfx card

Ryzen 2700x
B450 motherboard
RX 580
16 GB RAM
Reinstall the chipset drivers from the MB manufacturer.

I dont have ps2 keyboard/mouse. Is there any other options to reinstall the
chipset drivers without keyboard/mouse?
That's a tough one...I was going to suggest rolling back to the previous drivers using Device manager or a system restore..but you would need keyboard/mouse I think.
