Upgraded from Nvidea but having issues

Hi. I just upgraded from a Ryzen S 2600x to a 5 5600 and a 2600 SUPER to an RX 6700 XT and my PC is performing much worse. I did DDU in safe mode and installed new drivers after updating my bios but whenever I try to play a game (Warzone) my CPU caps out at 100% and I can't figure out why and I'm pulling my hair out trying to figure it out.

I actually had the 5 5600 in first with the SUPER 2060 and things worked fine.  It wasn't until I put in my new GPU I started making out the CPU.

My other specs:
Motherboard - AS Rock B450M Pro4 Micro ATX AM4

Memory- Corsair Vengence LP 32GB

Storage - Intel 660 1TB SSD

Power - Corsair CX 550w

I also can't find any indication of gaming within my BIOS

Have you tried  "command prompt (Admin)" sfc/scannow ?

I switched to Nvidia then back to Amd years ago, both times I had to reformat my pc because it just didn't run right afterwards, kinda extreme but I hate wasting time chasing fixes that don't work.

Maybe someone will chime in with a better/easier fix.

The PSU is still good enough I think so maybe the B450 (well, for RX 6700XT, better at least minimum B550) not good with your GPU.

Last attempts, try update your b450 chipset driver, hope it can fix something.
