Updated drivers for Laptop Asus A555DG

Dear,

I am having blue screens on my Asus A555DG laptop, this is due to outdated video drivers provided by the manufacturer:
https://www.asus.com/supportonly/a555dg/helpdesk_download/
The drivers are from the year 2016 and the manufacturer has not updated them (V21.19.141.0 ). I have tried to install the AMD software but it doesn't work as they are not compatible.

My laptop has a dedicated R8 M350DX video chip, so I understand that I can't install any random driver for it. In this case, I need to have the video drivers updated to 2023.

ASUS support told me that they don't have updated drivers and to contact AMD directly.
I would like to know if this has happened to someone, what possible solutions there are.
Is there a possibility of requesting AMD to generate a patch or update?

Regards,
Diego

Is this your Asus Laptop model with a FX8800P APU Processor and R8 M350DX GPU card:

ASUS Laptop A555DG-EHFX AMD FX-8800P Quad Core (Up to 3.4 GHz) 8 GB Memory 1 TB HDD AMD Radeon R7 Graphics + AMD Radeon R8 M350DX Dual Graphics 15.6" Windows 10 Home 64-Bit

If it is here is the latest FX-8800P Mobile AMD VGA driver: https://www.amd.com/en/support/apu/amd-fx-series-processors/amd-fx-series-processors-for-laptops/6th...

There will not be anymore AMD driver updates for your laptop since it is now in Legacy status. If the 06/2022 AMD VGA driver doesn't work for you then you will need to upgrade your laptop to one that is still supported.

NOTE: According to AMD Support your laptop has Dual Graphics and even though the FX8800P AMD VGA driver doesn't list the R8-M350DX as being compatible but according to the below AMD Dual Graphics Chart it might be compatible: https://www.amd.com/en/technologies/radeon-dual-graphics

Dual graphics is now supported under Windows Settings - Graphics and not in the AMD Driver anymore.

EDIT: The FX-8800P AMD VGA driver will install both the IGPU and DGPU drivers for your laptop's GPUs.
