Under tuning, there's only one option and thats Memory Optimizer with 2 options: Gaming and Productivity. Isn't there a way to like tune your fan speed, GPU and CPU temps?

My fans been running pretty loudly lately from just browsing the web so I would really appreciate an answer.

At a guess, you have a laptop which has OC functions locked out by the laptop maker.
