Thread stuck in device driver BSOD to Update Radeon R5 M335 v.18.2.1

Hi community!

I need help of some specialist in drivers radeon.

I have a DELL Inspiron 15 5000 series with AMD Radeon R5 M335. This graphic card, has the version 17.9.3 of the 09/2017 . When the system wanted update the driver, appear inmediatelly the blue screen with the message "Thread stuck in device driver" with 100% complete, the blue screen never disappeared and stopping system.

The S.O never started! I had perform to a restore of the system to a previous point.

I follow the documentation fo explain in this forum, according to link:

How to fix Windows 10 Thread Stuck In Device Driver error - Windows 10

http://troubleshooter.xyz/wiki/fix-thread-stuck-in-device-driver-windows-10/

But without sucess. Then, de-install the controller radeon and erased all controllers associated. This controller downloaded from web page official of AMD, but the last update 18.2.1 don't run and it caused the blue screen again with the same message. I think that version comes with factory failures so I urgently ask AMD to repair that version of the driver.

I'm attaching the print screen with tests, versions and error messages.

I hope your comments and thank you for your help in advance.

Braulio.

After you have downloaded all the things you need, disconnect from the internet before going through the installation procedure.
