The old issue, CPU info missing.
I had earlier Adrenalin 22.10.X non-WHQL version which worked fine. After installing the latest software, 22.10.3 WHQL, I noticed that information about the processor was missing. I am aware of the problem, but is this one that cannot be fixed, or is the processor information deliberately excluded? I reinstalled the software, used DDU, reseted bios etc. without success.

I had previously installed the 22.10.3 beta version, which may explain the problem. I downloaded the software again, which AMD seems to have recently updated to the official WHQL version. In the latest version, all the previously missing information about the processor is now displayed without error.
The version downloaded 8.11.2022

The whole CPU tuning control section, next to the GPU tuning + CPU temp etc. in the overlay. Only given information is "CPU Utilization".

Download CPUID and see if it gives the Processor's data. If it does then it might be a bug in the software.

All the other apps, such as CPU-Z, HWInfo etc. show no problems. Seems strongly an Adrenalin issue.

Had you downloaded Adrenalin from Microsoft Store (yes there is one, for OEM systems), or it is one installed with drivers?

Is could be a setting that you need to enable or disable in Radeon Settings as mentioned by another User.
In Device Manager you don't see any errors of any type, Correct?
GPU-Z can give you a good idea if your AMD Driver is installed correctly or not.

The problem is missing features and options. I can't toggle anything because there's nothing to toggle, except "CPU Utilization". All the other options and features are missing.
Device Manager shows no problems, no yellow triangles etc.
GPU-Z doesn't show anything unusual.
Event Viewer shows no errors or warnings.

GPU-Z does indicate your AMD Driver is installed correctly.
According to this AMD Driver 21.10.3 it mentions exactly what is happening to your 59xx Processor as being fixed: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/release-notes/rn-rad-win-21-10-3
Try opening a AMD Service Request from here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/contact-email-form
Let them know that issue is not fixed in your specific computer.

It should be fixed as the headline says.... "FIXED issues".
I used Bug Report Tool.
