Worth to mention this is NOT A FIX!
That needs to be done on AMD's side, this will "only" allow you to play these games without downgrading your driver.
We will use a DX9 -> OpenGL wrapper to launch these games.
1, Download: WineD3DForWindows http://downloads.fdossena.com/Projects/WineD3D/Builds/WineD3DForWindows_2.0.2-staging.zip
2, Copy d3d9.dll, libwine.dll, wined3d.dll next to the game executable, so:
C&C3 Tiberium Wars and Kane's Wrath:
Command and Conquer 3 TW and KW\Command Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars\RetailExe\1.9
Command and Conquer 3 TW and KW\Command Conquer 3 Kanes Wrath\RetailExe\1.2
Red Alert 3 and Uprising:
Command and Conquer Red Alert 3\Red Alert 3\Data
Command and Conquer Red Alert 3\Red Alert 3 Uprising\Data
Folder names are taken from the Origin - Ultimate Collection version, but should be similar for the regular Origin and Steam versions too, the main game executables are the xxx_game.dat files.
Witcher EE: The Witcher Enhanced Edition\System
The game should work through the OpenGL API:
Others have mentioned that copying an older atiumdag.dll may also work - didn't work for me on Windows 10 - but may work for you, especially on Windows 7.
