My problem is quite annoying, as for a good few weeks I have been noticing microstuttering all over my hardware.
This problem occurs when I use a game while I'm working, walk away to the hardware, turn on the game, play the game, use the browser and so on. I could list all the activities and unfortunately there is this problem.
If anyone would like to know, I have not received any error message.
I'll describe what it looks like: I turn on Windows 11, log in and can use the hardware and whether I'm running anything (such as a browser, a game, or even while using the system) there is a micro stutter or stutter that you can name, lasting from 1 to 2 at most 3 seconds, after which the problem disappears. This annoying problem stutters the entire system, unfortunately, along with the sound.

I wrote to Microsoft, and they sent some suggestions for a potential cause, but I will try it out in a few days.
I also wrote to NVIDIA, as this is an annoying problem, and to Microsoft as well, if that's what you mean, as I was using versions earlier than 24.1.1 (currently current for me), unfortunately the problem continued.
I wonder who is responsible for this, I was still betting that tpm 2.0 in ryzen processors is to blame, but I would bet on it if the solutions were not there, because before (in August I installed Windows 11 this to mid-fall) there was no problem.
Unfortunately I couldn't give 2 categories then I chose 'drivers and software', but 'general discussions' could be too, but this 1 seems to be the most fitting for my problem.
I have everything up to date when it comes to drivers and bios, while the processor is an AMD Ryzen 5 4600H with a dedicated graphics card.
UPD: I forgot to add, the graphics card driver as I said I have 24.1.1, amd chipset the latest, and still the screen driver also the latest.
