System hags and OS gets corrupt while installing Drivers for HD 8670M Graphics Card

HP Pavilion 15 Notebook PC

Video Card -  Radeon(TM) HD 8670M

OS- windows 10 64bit

When i try to install radeon-software-adrenalin-2019-19.1.1-win10-64bit-jan20 and also with version 19.2.1 , system goes to not responding mode at 15 to 20% installation, even Clt+alt+del wont works, OS also get corrupt and i need to reinstall the OS again.

I have Tried by formatting whole system twice, but again i'm facing same issue.

Whats the issue for this and Whats the Solution???
