At https://www.amd.com/en/support the submit button doesn't work in chrome. I've tested it with no extensions and various settings. I used to be able to update my chipset drivers just fine but I guess this page was changed since the layout looks different than I remember it. Now the submit button doesn't work, and the old driver download page for my 1950x just redirects to this page. It works in microsoft edge so I got my drivers but just thought I should let you know.
