Sometimes I have a video on my right screen while I play games (or wait for a lobby) on my left screen. I use this time to watch a video.
If I press the Pause/Play button on either my keyboard or mouse, i get a ~5 second stutter, and my AMD Overlay keeps disappearing and reappearing for the whole duration.
It happens whether the game is on Fullscreen or Borderless Fullscreen, but doesn't happen on Windowed.
Pressing Pause/Play even when on the browser causes stutters in the game.
Switching to the video tab and pausing or playing the video with a click doesn't cause the stutter.
I'm on the latest windows version, and latest Drivers.
This behavior happens mostly when playing Escape from Tarkov.
