stuttering when playing heavily modded Skyrim

I installed the latest drivers and now im getting stuttering issues with AFMF2 on. It doesnt happen frequently, just in specific areas. I do have a mod that allows me to use FSR3 upscaler/frame generation. FPS drops as well but its still around 90ish, and the game still stutters. I have a 7900XT graphic card. Any help is appreciated!!

I think I fixed the issue by reverting to an older driver. I switched to 24.9.1. I’ll post here if I encounter any issues.
