Minor stuttering occurs while DVI-D monitor is off, does not occur if HDMI monitor is off.
Driver version: 18.10.2
Other threads on the forum showed that this issue was fixed, it was also on the release notes of an optional driver - 18.9.1, although after installing that specific driver, the issue remained.
Can experience the issue when running applications on windowed mode and borderless, games running in fullscreen aren't affected by the issue.
