So i get these weird V spikes and idk if its some mining virus or maybe some hardware problem? 

i got rx 570 4b asus for 4 years now and i have this problem i tried backing the drivers and no change in it

ok so i backed to apri drivers and found no spikes so i guess i gotta go check next drivers until the problem and will write again! maybe it will help some1
