Installed Storemi but unable to launch or config due to error "Unable to run eConfig because EnTier Service busy and running."
Latest JRE installed, Windows 10 1809.
Service is installed, set to Automatic, and running. Restarting the service does not help.
Restarted after install, tried uninstalling, restarting, and re-installing, and restarting again with no change.
This is my first attempt at installing Storemi.
