SteamVR AMD Motion Smoothing not working Radeon VII

SteamVR 1.4.17 Beta AMD Motion Smoothing not working with a Radeon VII, 19.5.1. GPU Drivers, Win10 Pro 1903. Message says AMD Motion Smoothing unavailable when I run any VR app. Anyone else experiencing this?

Guess you missed this part in the steam release notes,

I would assume steam passed on the info, or amd are aware and a fix would be worked on.

My PC- Ryzen 5 5600x, B550 aorus pro ac, Hyper 212 black, 2 x 16gb F4-3600c16dgtzn kit, NM790 2TB, Nitro+RX6900XT, RM850, Win.10 Pro., LC27G55T.
