Tried several times to get starfield to redeem. Used chrome and edge to login and redeem. Created rewards account was told to download PVT software. Downloaded PVT software multiple times with each browser. Installed and ran multiple times am told to redownload PVT. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Tried both coupon codes. What am I doing wrong? I have two new qualifying products. Just built this computer.
