Some driver versions incorrectly activate Blue Light mode

In the more than half a year I have been using the AMD platform, I have frequently encountered the blue light mode of Windows that will be automatically activated at system startup after the driver is installed, which makes me feel unbearable.

I spent a lot of time testing to confirm that it is related to the Radeon driver, and the same version can be reproduced stably with or without restoring the default settings. In the recent test, Adrenalin 21.12.1~22.2.1 has this problem, no matter what method is used to reinstall, it cannot be solved.

Below are some related parameters:

Asus 5900Hx+3080 Laptop, Windows 10 21H2,  Turn on Blue Light regularly

When your driver is installed, Blue Light mode is automatically activated on every boot, and the system may show that it is off, and you need to activate and cancel to exit it.

Yes, there are a lot of issues with ASUS' software, and I know that. But this time it's irrelevant, I downgraded and installed Windows and the experience is fine now, obviously it's Microsoft's fault. Wasted a week of my time and energy on this, ironically every time we encounter this kind of problem, we can only pray and wait for Microsoft to fix it.

This issue is suspected to be related to ASUS Armoury Crate, which is activated whenever the Radeon driver is installed.

I've probably ruled out its relationship with ASUS Armoury Crate, it's more likely a driver-related system issue, and has nothing to do with the driver version. It used to be an intermittent problem on my computer, and now, it's almost always there, the system activates it by mistake and has no way to stop it, and turning off blue light mode doesn't work.

@mrtooti - do not spam unrelated threads with posts with no context. Also if you have an issue, take the time to open your own thread, with the minimum information required and without any profanity.
