I was having crashings, BSODs, freezes for months. But since I was usually on VR I thought it was about that. Lately I had fiddled around the memory dumps, events etc. (I have 5700XT)
The main reason was "Application xxx has been blocked to access graphics hardware error." This was almost all games and lately discovered not realted to VR. Dump files was consisting VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE (116). Always the previous error was about RadedonSoftware.exe. My countless reports to AMD had no results. The only updates we got instead is about the new games pr minor issues.
I uninstalled all AMD graphics drivers/Softwares and installed only the AMD driver without radeon.
Result:
I'm not having any issues on any games for about 3-4 days. I.e Forza Horizon 4 was crashing about every half hour and sometimes even not opening, now I can play it for hours until I got tired.
If you are having these issues please uninstall Radeon Sofftware and instan only the driver.
