So, I recently got a new monitor, it's 2560 x 1080, the LG 29WN600-W but when loaded with windows it only showed the default res 1920 x 1080, after uninstalling the drivers I got the option back, but without the drivers it continuously said the monitor was on 1 Hz, playing games and videos was extremely choppy so there was no point, I reinstalled drivers and surely enough the issue ensued, I'm using DP to HDMI cord. I also can't figure out how to make a custom res, when i plug in 2560 x 1080 instead of 1920 x 1080 this shows.
