I noticed after many driver installations that SAM only shows up after the 2nd restart.
I use DDU in safe mode every time to uninstall my drivers.
I install the new AMD drivers: restart required
I restart and open Adrenalin: SAM not available
I restart again and open Adrenalin: SAM available and activated
I don't know if it's a bug or normal but it's worth sharing this finding.
