I have just installed a fresh install of Windows 10 1903 as soon as i installed AMD 19.7.2 drivers for my Vega 64 Nitro+
It started stalling and the welcome screen for multiple seconds after loads of uninstalling ddu etc
I finally found the culprit its the AMD External Events Utility
Anyone else getting this on 1903 with 19.7.2?
