While looking through the new drivers, (18.12.2) I noticed that the software stated that my system did not meet the recommended spec of some of my games, upon inspection, I found that the software believed that my CPU was of much lower performance than it actually is.
The R9 290 and RX 480 are the same speed, but the i5-3570 is slightly faster than the Xeon E3-1230 V2 due to a slightly higher single thread speed rating (2021 vs 1946), so that's why it says it's slower than the minimum. Also, don't trust game advisor software, they're meant for the people who don't know anything about computers, trust recognized third party review sites (TomsHardware, HotHardware, WCCFTech, etc...) as well as your own experience.
