Summary of issue: Since I changed monitors. DPC Watchdog Violation BOD, flickering, black screen is gone.

My System Specifications:

Operating System: Windows 11 22H2, OS Build 22621.1265

CPU: Intel Core i5 12600K Processor

GPU: PowerColor Hellhound AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT

Motherboard: MSI MAG H670 TOMAHAWK WIFI DDR4

RAM: Kingston FURY Beast DDR4 3200 32GB(16GBx2)

PSU: be quiet! STRAIGHT POWER 11 850W Gold

Monitor: (Old) BenQ EX3203R | (New) ASUS ROG Strix XG279Q

AMD Driver: Adrenalin 23.2.1 (WHQL)

(Old) monitor: BenQ EX3203R (Display Port | AMD FreeSync | 144 Hz)

Issues: Mostly while browsing Chrome or Premiere Pro edit and preview timeline get BOD after freezing randomly. Flicking occur when alt tabbing from World of Warcraft to browser that has video on loop. even get BOD after freezing randomly.

The temporary workaround : Disable AMD FreeSync or Adaptive-Sync from AMD Radeon Panel and disable VRR from Windows Graphics Settings.

(New) monitor: ASUS ROG Strix XG279Q (Display Port | G-Sync | 144 Hz | Windows VRR is enabled)

The DPC Watchdog Violation BOD, flickering, black screen is gone. I enable G-Sync from Radeon Panel and enable VRR from Windows Graphics Settings. Set refresh to 144 Hz.

No DPC Watchdog Violation BOD.

No flickering.

No black screen.

Whether Chrome plays video or Premiere Pro edit and preview timeline, It's works very stable.
