Setting A Lower Refresh Rate Cause Hard Crashes?

Hey i have found another bug.

right now i'm using HDMI cable so basically my maximum monitor refresh rate is 120hz.

suddenly a new bug came up.

Description:

blank green screen then freeze crash then reboot.

steps to reproduce:

right click desktop -> display settings -> advanced display settings -> display adapter properties for display x -> monitor

choose a lower refresh rate. and use PC for sometime.

PS:

Using A Lower Refresh Rate Fixed The Wrong VRam Memory Clock Speed.

Why do not you try to edit low refresh with a standard timing with CRU? Or... Why do not you try to remove resolution(s) and hertz(s) you don't use with CRU?
