Serious drop in FPS in games after updating to 23.20.01.10

After updating to the version specified in the topic, the Windows driver was loaded 31.0.22001.10001

I launched RDR2 and got 60 fps, although before that it was 90-105 fps. Okay, I thought, maybe something was reset in the adrenaline settings, no problem, I loaded the saved profile with the settings, but nothing changed. In the game settings, I turned off the FSR, no changes, I changed the settings in the game, in adrenaline, which could and which previously affected the amount of FPS, no changes for the better.

tried 23.30.01.03, pretty good, although I didn’t get into the display settings in Windows before writing the post, maybe I wouldn’t have to change the version of adrenaline
