September of 2023's Drivers Are Gone

I have noticed that for the GPU's I have looked at, RX 6000 and RX 7000, all of the drivers, 23.9.1, 23.9.2, 23.9.3 drivers are not available at all anymore. I am aware of the freezing issues with the latter two drivers, but 23.9.1 worked fine for most people. Do we know why all of the September drivers are gone? Is it related to the Anti-Lag+ debacle?

Possibly due to the software not opening bug for some (from 23.9.1)?

As far as we know, they were all removed because of anti-lag+ getting players banned (Apex legend was available before 23.10.1). At least this is what got reported by the media. It is disappointing there is no topic about this pinned  with AMD official communication about this, apart a few outaded posts on xitter.
