Second monitor not detected after installing 21.9.2

Trying to play New World I updated to 21.9.2. Unfortunately I chose to do a clean install, and now my second monitor isn't detected

At first I tried installing driver only and the monitor is not detected anymore

I then dried a full install, same result.

I installed not just the driver but also the (generically named) Radeon Software, which made my second monitor be detected, but then made the start menu stop working....

If I press the windows key or click on the windows logo, nothing happens.
