Second monitor doesnt work with AMD driver

Everytime i download and install the Driver for my RX470 my second monitor says no signal but it shows up on windows and the driver software.

When i uninstall the software it works again.

I cant play some games without the Driver so please help me.

Need your Computer Information plus how are both Monitors connected to the RX470?

When you install the AMD Driver and one Monitor doesn't turn on, what happens if you connect that monitor that doesn't turn on to the same cable as the Monitor that is working. Does it turn on?

When you disconnect the Monitor that is working does the second Monitor start working?
