Here is a showcase video of my issue, i'm going to DDU and go back to the last stable build to see if this fix its however I would like to solve this issue in the latest driver as it fixed some other issues i was having. This did not happen with another GPU

two 1920x1080 monitors, one is plugged inthrough DP another one through HDMI, it can be replicated with just one connected
rx 6600 sapphire
temps are stable all over my pc. this can happen with an idle pc
