Screen recording / Streaming doesn't work / doesn't appear

Hi, after switching from a Radeon HD 7770 to a RX 6500 XT, I uninstalled the drivers with AMD cleanup and now I don't have the option to screen record or stream my screen.

The RX64/6500 series do have the required rendering formats for record & stream.
