Hi,
I’ve recently build a pc for my little brother and I’m having some issues. Whenever he starts to try to play fortnite, the screen goes black and says “no video entry” and then “entering sleep mode”. Sounds of the game is still playing, the pc is still powered on (all the rgb are on) and before the screen goes black the gpu fans are running.
The parts are the following :
AMD Ryzen 5 4500
XTX RADEON RX 580 GTS XXX edition
MSI B550M PRO-VDH WIFI
Corsair vengeance pro RGB 2x16go
Be!quiet system power 10 550watts
Windows 11
It only does this when trying to play a game or installing driver with AMD auto install tool.
I’ve tried uninstall the driver and reinstall them but the issue keeps coming back…
I’ve also tried going to device panel and check drivers from there but it says it’s already the best one installed. Also in AMD adrenaline software, it says the drivers are up to date
I’m out of options here and I’m really desperate I just want the pc of mu little brother to work so any help is welcome
